At Outdoor Outlet, we aim to only work with the best carriers and pride ourselves on the reliability of our deliveries. Once your order has been placed, we work to keep you informed on its progress through e-mail.
Items are normally delivered within 2 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday. Once your item has left our warehouse, we'll send you an e-mail with your tracking information.
Click & Collect:
You are welcome to collect your purchase directly from us here at Outdoor Outlet. The team have worked hard on offering as low a price as possible on the item itself, which excludes carriage, to save you money where possible. The cost of postage is then added separately at checkout if delivery is required.

We use a number of carriers from Royal Mail, DPD, ParcelForce & Palletways depending on the product size. Due to the size of some products, like our large wheelbarrows, these will be sent assembled on a pallet.
Delivery Charges - Redelivery Charges:
We will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking details, so you can see when your delivery is due. With particular reference to delivery of large items by Pallet. Please ensure you are available to receive on the date expected, otherwise redelivery charges will apply.
Delivery charges can be seen by putting the items in your shopping cart. When you have added you item into your Cart please check 'Estimated Delivery Charges' for you delivery cost.
We aim to have your products with you in:
- 2 to 5 days for Zone 1
- 3 to 6 days for Zone 2
- 5 to 10 days for Zone 3

Damaged In Transit:
Generally, our carriers are very good but, on occasion, accidents do happen within the transport process. If you have spotted any damage and have not yet signed for the delivery, please ask them politely to return the goods and give us a call on 01327 371 441 to rearrange a delivery.
If you have signed for the delivery and then unpack the products only to find they are damaged, please let us know within 3 days so we can work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Just drop us an e-mail us or give us a call - we are here to help.
